Submissions Wanted for Online/Print Gnostic Journal & Library!

The Palm Tree Garden is soliciting submissions of original Gnostic work for inclusion in two upcoming projects. We will soon feature an online Modern Gnostic Library, which will include scholarly articles, personal mythologies, scriptural exegesis and works of original fiction.

Once we have enough material, we will also be producing a regular online/print journal, containing same. The journal will be made available online in PDF format, or for purchase through Lulu.com.

Submission Guidelines:

We will accept original works of Gnostic-themed literature, fiction or non-fiction and poetry for both the Library and the Journal, and additionally artwork, letters and book/music reviews for the Journal.

Submissions should be submitted in electronic format, and should be no longer than approximately 10,000 words. Scholarly articles must contain citations in MLA end-note format. Citations will be verified as possible.

Documents will be accepted in any format suitable for Microsoft Office or OpenOffice software. Images/photos/artwork should be high-resolution (preferably 600 dpi), photo quality, in Adobe Photoshop or Illustrator compatible file formats. Please contact us for a confirmation before sending any file larger than 2MB.

At this time, The Palm Tree Garden Journal/Library is not able to offer monetary remuneration for works submitted. We will, however, promote the work of our authors in any way possible.

Copyrights will remain the responsibility of the individual author/artist, and submitted work will remain the property of the author and may not be reproduced without prior approval of the author/artist.
