The goal is to trace the ten circuit sections through the nodes once for each of the four humours:

The one who rules over the heat, Phloxpha. [Sanguine]
The one who rules over the cold, Oroorrothos. [Melancholic]
The one who rules over what is dry, Erimacho. [Choleric]
The one who rules over the wetness, Athuro. [Phlegmatic]

This is ten sections times four humours, or forty exercises….

And to do this for each of the seven Souls:

The first one, Goodness, cre­ated a bone-soul.
The second one, Pronoia, created a sinew-soul.
The third one, Divinity, made a flesh-soul.
The fourth one, Lord­ship, made a marrow-soul.
The fifth one, Kingdom, made a blood-soul.
The sixth one, Envy, created a skin-soul.
The seventh Understanding, created a hair-soul.

This is forty exercises times seven souls or 280 total exercises…..

And this is just for the body purification.

Each Circuit Point has seven rulers: Michael, Ouriel, Asmenedas, Saphasatoel, Aarmouriam, Richram, Amiorps.
Each Node also has seven rulers: Athoth, Armas, Kalila, Yabel, Sabaoth, Cain, Abel.

Of course, there will also be a “Short Form” developed for personal daily practice or meditation….
